Arranging your appointment

A referral from a registered healthcare professional—usually your GP, another doctor or physiotherapist—is required before an appointment can be arranged. Ask them to refer you specifically to Wickham Orthopaedics.

ACC and private insurers generally require a referral before they will fund specialist assessment, investigations or surgery. Once the referral has been reviewed, the practice will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.
